Yolla Subscription

Yolla provides you with the possibility to get the best calling plans, known as ‘subscriptions’, at the lowest possible price. Yolla’s subscriptions allow calls to both mobiles and landlines in the applicable subscription countries.

The list of countries currently available under subscription can be found on the Subscriptions screen in the app, located in Settings. Subscription plans are priced in US dollars and the plan volume is expressed in the number of minutes stated in the corresponding section of the Yolla mobile application. A valid bank card is required to process the payment for your Subscription.

Users with subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing Cycles are set on a monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will be renewed automatically unless you cancel it or Yolla cancels it.

By purchasing a subscription, the user agrees to an initial and recurring subscription at the then-current Subscription rate and accepts responsibility for all recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled. Current rates can be found on the Subscription page of the app. Note, that the first month is provided with a discount.

If Yolla cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as a card expiration or insufficient funds) the Subscription will be automatically cancelled. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by either tapping on the corresponding button on the subscription screen in the Yolla app or by contacting Yolla’s customer support team, taking into account a notice period of at least 10 days before the end of the Billing Cycle. You will still be able to use your subscription for the time you have already paid for prior to the cancellation.

Please note that the money paid for the subscription is not refundable.

Retrying Payment in Case of Unsuccessful Subscription Renewal: If the first attempt to charge the card for subscription renewal fails, the subscription will not be immediately deactivated. Instead, the system will automatically initiate retry attempts using the saved payment method. Retry attempts will be made up to 3 times at 24-hour intervals. You will not be able to use the subscription until it has been successfully paid for.

Disabling Auto-Renewal: The user can manually disable the auto-renewal of the subscription at any time, even while the system is still retrying payment attempts.

Actions in Case of Final Payment Failure: If the subscription is not successfully renewed after 3 failed payment attempts, it will be deactivated.

User Responsibility: The user is responsible for ensuring the validity and availability of funds on the payment method used for subscription renewal. The app is not responsible for any possible fees or additional charges that may result from repeated payment attempts by payment systems or banks.
