Frequently Asked Questions
Why would I need the subsription?
Because it is cheaper. Our regular pay-as-you-go plans are already as cheap as they are. But with subsriptions you purchase a big package and commit to it - we appreciate it and give you a volume discount. This way you can call the Uganda even cheaper. Additionally, we also give you a special discount for the first month. If you need to make frequent calls to the Uganda on a regular basis, this plan is for you.
Can I cancel the subsription?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel the subscription anytime. We won't charge you the next month and you will still be able to use your subscription for the time you have already paid for.
Does it renew each month?
Yes. This way you won't have to manually renew subscription. You will be just automatically charged every month without the need to do everything from scratch each time.
What happens after I run out of minutes in the subscription?
After you no longer have minutes left and a new subscription period hasn't started yet, you can make calls to the Uganda at a flate rate with regular per-minute pricing.
What are other terms of the subscription?
The subscription is valid for one month, after that it automatically renews for the next month and so on until you cancel it. After the subscription period is over, the unused minutes cannot be transferred to the next month. You can read more about the subscription terms of use in boring legal language here.
