The Yolla Cashback program (“Program”) is provided by Yolla Calls International OÜ (“Yolla,” “us,” or “we”). The Program gives users the opportunity to earn cashback bonuses (“Bonus(es)”) to be credited to the users’ Yolla account balance upon achieving a designated threshold of money spent on calls and SMS within a specified period of time (“Threshold”).

The Threshold is set in the form of a certain money amount expressed in the currency of US dollars. Users must achieve a designated Threshold indicated on a corresponding app screen before the end of the last day of the period indicated on the cashback screen. Users who have fulfilled the Threshold conditions are eligible for 5% cashback on the amount of money spent within a specified period of time. The amount of cashback bonuses to be credited is indicated on the corresponding app screen immediately after the Threshold conditions are met. Users can get acquainted with the history of their Bonuses accrual in the “My Activity” section of their account on the Yolla website by following the link https://my.yolla.io/login. 

We reserve the right to amend, cancel, change, discontinue, or suspend the Program, in whole or in part, including changing the value of the Threshold, at any time at our discretion with or without notice to Yolla users. Bonuses earned prior to any of the foregoing actions will be provided to eligible users. In order to receive Bonus payments, users must not disable the cashback program.
