About “Yolla Marathon” contest and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ).
1. How do I participate?
No extra registration needed. All you have to do is:
– have Yolla app installed on your smartphone and have at least 1 call made during the period March 1, 2019 to March 1, 2020
– have Yolla app installed on your smartphone and have at least 1 call made during the period March 1, 2019 to March 1, 2020- make international calls via Yolla during the contest period (March 1, 2020 – March 31, 2020)
2. The contest period
“Yolla Marathon” contest will run from March 1, 2020 to (and including) March 31, 2020 – one month.
3. Prize pool and winners
First place goes to a participant who talks the most minutes during the month via Yolla app during the period of the contest. All calls are summed up (except for free Yolla-to-Yolla calls). Prize: $15 will be added to the Yolla balance.
Second place goes to a participant who calls to the largest number of different telephone numbers in March. Free Yolla-to-Yolla calls are not taken into consideration. Each separate call should be at least 10 seconds. Prize: $10 will be added to the Yolla balance.
Third place goes to a participant who makes the largest number of calls. Free Yolla-to-Yolla calls are not taken into consideration. Each separate call should be at least 10 seconds. Prize: $5 will be added to the Yolla balance.
Apart from the 3 main winning places, there is an unlimited number of additional prizes with a 10% bonus for top-ups with Yolla.
Terms: every user who talks 100 minutes or more in total during the contest period (March 1, 2020 – March 31, 2020) will get a promo code for extra 10% when making a top-up in Yolla. The promo code is valid only in the Yolla calling app for users registered in Yolla when recharging their Yolla account. Free Yolla-to-Yolla calls are not taken into consideration.
IMPORTANT: One winner can get ONLY ONE prize. It means that if you take the first, the second or the third place, you will not receive a promo code for 10% top-up bonus.
4. Where and when can I find the results of the contest?
We will publish the results of the contest in our official Facebook page (subscribe not to miss it) and will contact each winner via e-mail to congratulate him/her and give the prize.
Participants who win a promo code for 10% top-up bonus will receive it via e-mail. Please check that you have specified a correct e-mail address in the app and that you have access to that very e-mail address. Please also make sure that you have agreed to receive account updates and promotions when filling in your email and profile.
If for whatever reason we will not be able to contact the winner via e-mail, we will notify the winner using another means of communication (for example, we will send a push notification, in-app message or an SMS).
5. What calls are not taken into consideration and can not be counted for winning
We will not consider free app-to-app calls made from one Yolla account to another a.k.a. Yolla-to-Yolla calls. We will also not consider free service and test calls made via Yolla calling app).
